Chocolate and peanut butter is a hard combination to beat. It always feels like an indulgence!
This recipe comes with all the decadence of a chocolate peanut butter pie, but with a few added benefits.
First of all, it’s quick and easy to make. Just 20 minutes from start-to-finish and it’s done!
Secondly, it’s made with Chocolate Fudge Naked Bars to bump up the protein. (Because when dessert is actually good for you, it can double as breakfast, right?!)

These tartlets have a raw crust that’s made from Naked Bars, nuts, a date, and a little cocoa powder. It tastes like a fudgy chocolate brownie. The filling is a silky smooth peanut butter mixture.

You can enjoy these tartlets as a post-workout snack or serve them as dessert after a nice meal. How’s that for multi-purpose?

Variations on This Recipe
- Swap out the nuts and nut butter. Instead of pecans, you can use almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, or any type of nut you like. And you can swap out the peanut butter for your favorite flavor of nut butter too! (Almond butter is one of my personal favorites.)
- Make a cheesecake filling. To do so, skip the peanut butter in the filling and increase the cream cheese to 2 ounces.
- Get creative with your decorations. A couple of my favorite toppings are fresh berries and toasted coconut.

For the Filling:

To Assemble the Tartlets:
- Divide the filling between the 4 crusts, spreading it out evenly. If desired, sprinkle the chocolate curls and peanuts on top.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, or up to 3 days.
