With frozen berries as the base, this refreshing Sugar Free Berry Sorbet recipe whips up in just 5 minutes, is full of nutrients, and is the perfect treat to cool down with when temps heat up!
Here in Florida we're already hitting temperatures in the 80's! And as it gets hotter outside, I find myself craving cold treats to cool down with.
I like to make a few different kinds of keto ice cream (my favorite is this Cheesecake Ice Cream Recipe), but sometimes I want something bright-flavored and refreshing, not rich and creamy.
Sorbet is the perfect answer!
This Sugar Free Sorbet Recipe uses frozen berries as the base. There's no need for an ice cream maker, I just blend everything up in a high-speed blender and call it a day.
For this recipe I like to use a mix of strawberries, red raspberries, and blueberries, but feel free to use your favorite berries or even frozen (pitted) cherries.

How to Make Sugar Free Sorbet with Frozen Berries
This recipe is very easy to make and only takes 5 minutes!
Simply add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth, tamping down as necessary.
How Long Does Sorbet Last in the Freezer?
Homemade sorbet will last at least 1 month (but up to 3 months) if it's stored in an airtight container in the freezer. After that it can get icy.
Pro Tip: Once the sorbet is in an airtight container, I like to lay a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of it before covering with the lid to help prevent freezer burn.
Is Sorbet Healthy?
This Sugar Free Berry Sorbet Recipe is a good source of antioxidants and fiber. Additionally, it has no added sugar and is dairy-free, nut-free, egg-free, grain-free, gluten-free, and vegan!
